Instant Gallery Review Guidelines

1. Select One item to be reviewed at each meeting.
2. Put an identification tag (provided) on the display item.
3. Fill out a tag with:
   > Name, Type of Wood, and Wood Finish used
   > Put a tag with each item displayed.
      (Tags are available in a box at the Gallery table.)
4. The Club will adhere to the schedule for the demonstrations. If a Gallery Item is not reviewed because of time constraints, it Will be reviewed 'one-on-one' by the reviewer later in the meeting.
5. Do not hesitate to bring additional items for display on the adjacent table.

1. Adhere to time constraints. Reviewer will be advised of time available/ Gallery Review end time. President will keep review within schedule.
2. Reviewer will inform gallery participants that, if they so desire, their items will receive additional comments after the preliminary review if time has run out.
3. Members are very interested in the name of the turner, the type of wood used and the finish applied. However, the Name of the participating turner is optional and not required. (Gallery participants are provided with information tags to give their Name, Type of Wood, and Finish used so that the reviewer will not have to strain to read the bottom of the work in the poor light.)
4. All of the gallery items may not be addressed when time is short. Keep to the schedule and meet with gallery participants after the monthly demonstration has started for those items not addressed in the initial review.
